On April 30th, the data shows that the number of independent addresses on the Ethereum Layer 2 network hit a historical high of 13.6 million, an increase of 74% from the previous week. At the same time, its dominant position reached 6.69 times, with a weekly transaction volume exceeding 832,000 transactions.
