Rice Robotics launches Floki-themed AI robot and RICE token airdrop
Rice Robotics has partnered with Floki (CRYPTO:FLOKI) to introduce a Floki-themed AI-powered minibot alongside an airdrop of the RICE token to Floki holders.
The minibot, called FLOKI M1, is designed as an AI task assistant capable of performing household chores while collecting human interaction data to help train Rice Robotics’ AI models.
Users who interact with the minibots will receive RICE (CRYPTO:RICE) tokens as rewards, effectively incentivizing participation while contributing to AI development.
Rice Robotics, known for its work with clients such as Nvidia, SoftBank, and Alibaba, powers the minibots using Nvidia’s nano-computer and operates on the DePin protocol.
The RICE token will be distributed initially to FLOKI holders and waitlist users via TokenFi, a tokenization platform within the Floki ecosystem.
After the airdrop, users can farm additional RICE tokens by engaging with the physical robots.
This collaboration marks a novel convergence of meme coin culture and robotics technology, bringing practical AI applications to a community traditionally focused on digital assets.
Rice Robotics raised $7 million in Series A funding earlier this year and counts SoftBank as a major AI customer.
The partnership aims to combine the popular appeal of Floki with Rice Robotics’ expertise in AI and robotics, potentially expanding to other minibot models in the future.
This initiative may represent one of the first significant intersections between meme coins and robotics, offering both utility and community engagement.
According to Rice Robotics, the FLOKI M1 minibot project is ambitious, with a waitlist already open for interested users.
